Haute Capital Partners has signed a partnership agreement with ISP Group (www.ispgroup.com) to act as paying agent*1 and to take responsibility for market making*2 in view of its planned IPO in 2022. ISP Group is an independent financial services boutique with a global presence headquartered in Zurich, with origins dating back to 1993. ISP serves corporations, banks and other financial institutions, investors and traders with a unique blend of state-of-the-art technology, per- personalized services and the extensive expertise of their interdisciplinary teams.
ISP Group is specialized in structured credit, fixed income, structured products and AMCs and offers paying agents, placement agents, wealth and asset management and private market solutions. It operates as a securities firm licensed by FINMA in Switzerland, ISA in Israel, SFC in Hong Kong, SMV in Panama and DFSA in Dubai.
*1 A paying agent is a financial institution whose role is to create securities with Swiss International Securities Identification Numbers (ISINs) for which it addresses SIX SIS, Euroclear and Clearstream, and to service these securities during their lifetime (payment of coupons and dividends, securities transactions, etc.). *2 A market maker is a financial market player, usually a broker/dealer, whose main role is to ensure the liquidity of securities (the ability of the security to be bought or sold quickly or under optimal conditions) by offering regular and continuous buying and selling prices.
