The Board of Directors convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting for September 29, 2022, and proposes, among other things, an increase of the share capital by a maximum of CHF 450’000 through the issue of a maximum of 200’000 new registered shares and the creation of authorized capital of CHF 1’125'000.
